Bike MS Champions

Bike MS is challenging, so start training NOW!

The MS Society hosts training rides throughout the spring and summer! These rides will help you get in shape, stay in shape and pick up tips from other riders. You could even find some folks to team up with so you can ride and raise money together. Have fun and stay safe out there!

Ozarks Area Training Rides

Location: leaving from the Law Enforcement Training center at the SE corner of 37th North and Womer streets

Details: We will go 50 miles, and there will be no facilities available beforehand. (However, there is a Kwik Shop at the opposite corner of the intersection)

We usually ride every Sat at 6:30 AM to breakfast in Burns. Meet at Gordy and First in El Dorado.
