Bike MS 2012 will have two start lines once again: Garmin's HQ in Olathe, KS & Shawnee Heights Middle School in Topeka, KS. Both start lines will have route options of approximately 37, 75 and 101 miles on day one, finishing in Lawrence, KS at South Park between 11th & 12th Street on Massachusetts St.

For those of you taking on the challenge of riding 100 miles in a day, the century route will split in DeSoto after Rest Stop #5, the Lockton Oasis lunch stop. To take the century route, you need to be on the route before 12:30 p.m.

There will be buses available on Saturday back to both start lines for those only riding on Saturday. There will also be shuttles to the local Lawrence hotels from the Village on Saturday, and from the hotels Sunday morning back to the start line.
The Village is the place to be after Saturday’s ride.

After you’ve gathered your luggage, showered and secured your bike, you can enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere of live music from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., local food vendors, bounce houses and other activities. Whether you’re riding solo, or with a team, check out the fare in the Boulevard Hospitality Tent, find a place to camp for the night, and share stories from the day. And stay tuned for other new exciting additions to the overnight in Lawrence.

Sunday, we’ll have two route mileage options of approximately 37 and 75 miles, both heading to the Olathe start line at Garmin. NEW THIS YEAR. If you started your adventure in Topeka, we’ll have bus/shuttle service from Olathe back to the Topeka start line on Sunday.
